The ProGlove MARK 2 is an ultra lightweight wireless barcode scanner, which is used on the back of the hand with an adjustable open glove. The glove has a trigger button that activates the barcode scanner and can be worn comfortably on bare hands or over work gloves. Because the ProGlove barcode scanner is continuously available on hand, a lot of time is saved that is normally lost by picking up and putting away a barcode scanner. In addition, both hands remain free to pick up objects or to carry out other work.
The ProGlove MARK 2 reads all common 1D and 2D barcodes and can provide haptic feedback to the user in addition to optical and visual feedback. The MARK 2 can be easily and quickly connected via Bluetooth to a PC or mobile computer, making it easy to integrate into existing systems. In addition, the MARK 2 features an 868 MHz radio for communication with a ProGlove Access Point as an alternative to Bluetooth.
The ProGlove MARK 2 1D/2D Standard Range has a scanning range of 10 to 80cm. This guarantees the best performance in Near-Field Scanning for example in inventory, checking and packing of web-orders and checkouts in stores. As an aiming help, the Standard Range version has a bright red dot in the center of the scanner's field of view.
