The ProGlove LEO is an ultra lightweight wireless barcode scanner used on the back of the hand. The glove features a trigger button that activates the barcode scanner in the LEO and can be worn comfortably on bare hands or over work gloves. Having the ProGlove barcode scanner continuously available on the hand saves a lot of time normally lost picking up and putting away a barcode scanner. Moreover, both hands remain free to grasp objects or perform other tasks.
The ProGlove LEO reads all common 1D and 2D barcodes and can provide tactile (haptic) feedback to the user in addition to optical and visual feedback. The LEO can be easily and quickly paired with a PC or mobile computer via Bluetooth, making it easy to integrate into existing systems.
The ProGlove LEO 1D/2D Standard Range has a scanning range of 5 to 70cm. This guarantees the best performance in Near-Field Scanning for example in inventory, checking and packing web orders and checkouts in shops. As an orientation aid, the Standard Range version features a bright red dot in the centre of the scanner's field of view.
