To trade in an old or defective printer, you will need the brand, model and serial number of the printer. How does it work?

2. Order the printer(s) and select the payment method 'Bank transfer', so that we receive your order without having to pay
3. When ordering, please provide the brand, model and serial number of the printer(s) you wish to trade in. You can add this as 'Add comment' in the shopping cart, or as 'Comment' on the checkout page
4. At Zebra we request a discount voucher based on your trade-in printer(s) and apply the discount to your order
5. You will then receive a new order confirmation from us with a payment link
